At SreeVanna, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in it's original packaging.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged items.
